SMS Terms & Message Program

These terms describe the text messaging program operated by Oncall Bot LLC for its product Market My Business AI (https://app.marketmybusinessai.com).

Who receives messages

Two groups, and both have to opt in first:

Business owners who subscribe to our software. They tick a consent box inside the app, next to the mobile number they enter, before any text is sent.
People who telephone one of our customers and ask for a follow-up text. The AI receptionist tells the caller it will text them, and only texts the number they called from.

The messages we send

1. Call alerts to the business owner

When our AI Call Concierge answers a call for a subscribing business, we text the owner a summary so they can call the person back. Sent only after a real call.

Sample:

[Riverside Dental] Call from (555) 010-2233: Caller asked about an emergency appointment tomorrow morning. Reply STOP to opt out.

2. Follow-up text to a caller who asked for one

If someone calls a business we answer for and wants the details in writing, we send one text with what they asked for. One message per call.

Thanks for calling Riverside Dental! We open at 8am and can see you Thursday. Book online: example.com/book Reply here if you have any questions. Reply STOP to opt out.

3. Customer updates a business sends to its own customers

Our subscribers can text their own opted-in customers with news or offers. The sending business is identified in every message, and it is responsible for having consent from its own customers — our terms require it, and the app will not text a contact who is not marked as opted in.

Frequency, cost and opting out

Frequency: message frequency varies and depends on activity — typically 1 to 5 messages per business day for an owner receiving call alerts. These are not scheduled marketing blasts.
Cost: we charge nothing for texts. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message and we stop immediately.

Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile number is never sold

We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Numbers are used only to deliver the messages described above, and are shared only with the licensed telecommunications provider that transmits them on our behalf.
