SMS Terms & Message Program

These terms describe the text messaging program operated by Oncall Bot LLC for its product Market My Business AI (app.marketmybusinessai.com). Messages are delivered over registered A2P 10DLC numbers through Telnyx, LLC.

Program summary

Message frequency varies — typically 1 to 5 messages per business day for an owner receiving call alerts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Who receives messages

Business owners who subscribe to our software. The account holder types their own mobile number and ticks an unticked-by-default consent box inside their account before any text is sent.
People who telephone one of our customers and ask for a follow-up text. The AI receptionist tells the caller a text will be sent, and we text only the number they called from.
Customers of a subscribing business, where that business obtained consent itself before adding the number to our platform.

We never text you unless one of the above is true. We do not buy or rent phone lists.

Consent (opt-in)

The consent checkbox inside the app reads, word for word:

“I agree to receive SMS notifications from Oncall Bot LLC (Market My Business AI) about calls answered by my AI Call Concierge, at the mobile number above. This is a recurring message program — message frequency varies, typically 1–5 messages per business day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”

The messages we send

1. Call alerts to the business owner

One message per incoming call our AI Call Concierge answers; typically 1 to 5 per business day depending on call volume.

Oncall Bot LLC: Smith Plumbing - call from Jane Doe, (555) 010-2233, asked about a quote for a kitchen remodel. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

2. Follow-up text to a caller who asked for one

One message per call, only when the caller asks for it.

3. Updates a business sends to its own opted-in customers

Typically no more than one message per month per business. The sending business is identified in every message and is responsible for holding consent from its own customers.

Frequency, cost and opting out

Frequency: recurring program; frequency varies with activity, typically 1 to 5 messages per business day for an owner receiving call alerts. These are not scheduled marketing blasts.
Cost: we charge nothing for texts. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
Opt out: reply STOP — or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT — to any message and we stop immediately. You receive one confirmation and nothing after it. Reply START or YES to resubscribe.

Carriers: available on AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular and most MVNOs. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age: the program is intended for people aged 18 and over.

Your mobile number is never sold

We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Numbers are used only to deliver the messages described above, and are shared only with the licensed telecommunications provider that transmits them on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy.
