What we do

Small business owners rarely have time to market themselves, and agencies cost more than most can justify. We sell software that does the work instead: it writes and schedules social posts, generates images and short videos, builds Facebook and Instagram ads, writes blog posts and email newsletters, keeps a Google Business Profile current, tracks what nearby competitors are doing, and — on our top plan — answers the business phone with an AI receptionist that takes a message and texts the owner the details.

Customers are typically independent businesses in the United States: salons, dental and medical practices, restaurants, trades, gyms, clinics, retailers and professional services. Everything is sold directly to the business owner as a monthly or annual subscription. There is no setup fee and no contract.

Text message programme

Customers on our top plan can choose to receive SMS alerts from Market My Business AI when our AI Call Concierge answers their business phone. It is opt-in only, it goes to the account holder's own mobile number, and it is a recurring programme — message frequency varies, typically 1–5 messages per business day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not send marketing texts to consumers and we never sell phone numbers.
